Using the CalmCarry® device is simple, hassle-free, and designed to fit seamlessly into your daily routine. Just follow these easy steps to experience natural relaxation and anxiety relief:
1. Charge Up
Before your first use, make sure your CalmCarry® is fully charged. A quick 30-minute charge is all it takes to power up. Important: Do not leave the device charging for more than 2 hours to prevent overcharging, which can damage the battery.
2. Power On
Once charged, press and hold the power button (located on the side of the device) for 5 seconds to turn it on.
- The device will automatically start in low-frequency mode, optimized for left-hand use, perfect for reducing stress, easing anxiety, improving sleep, and combating insomnia.
3. Position CalmCarry® Correctly
For the best results, place CalmCarry® on specific acupressure points:
PC8 (Pericardium 8) point in your palm
Triple Warmer Meridian (TW3/TW2) on your hand
Left Hand (Low-Frequency Mode): Great for stress relief, anxiety reduction, and enhancing sleep quality.
Right Hand (High-Frequency Mode): For improved focus and mental clarity. To switch modes, simply press the power button again.
Tip: If you don’t feel the pulse right away:
- Press the ‘+’ button 3-4 times to increase the intensity.
- Reposition the device on the acupressure point until you feel a gentle pulse.
- Adjust the intensity for your comfort.
4. Relax and Unwind
